Currently, Docear is the only software, which I know of, that supports dragbase. However, if you would like to have dragbase in any other Windows software (be it Adobe Photoshop, Google Chrome, Microsoft Word, ...), please contact the corresponding software developer (e.g. Microsoft, or Adobe, or Google, ...) and ask them to integrate dragbase. The effort to integrate dragbase into an existing software tool is really low and dragbase works with all programing languages (Java, C, C++, Visual Basic, ...).
